John J. Byrne is a former Assistant United States Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, with extensive civil litigation and trial experience who also has counseled and promoted small businesses. Thomas J. Hamilton has broad civil litigation experience and also has a masters degree in taxation and is a certified public accountant. Lloyd P. Goldenberg has counseled clients on the full gamut of small business issues, including issues arising under the federal securities laws and real estate transactions. Stephen H. Myers, of counsel, has extensive civil litigation and trial experience, as well in counseling clients in business transactions and taxation.
